1. The decorative font on this door leading to an incredible display of cheeses caught my eye while walking through a side street in Edinbourgh. As if a cheese shop isn't tempting enough to go into, this door display definitely helps in attracting the customers!
2. Everywhere you look there are advertisements and mentions of Wimbledon. People in the UK are excited about the tennis championships and enjoy celebrating the event. This chalk sign was in a bar in Edinbourgh. The cute tennis racquets were what originally caught my eye, but I also appreciate the script. The contrast between fonts is also lovely.
3. I'm almost obsessed with how gorgeous this entire clothing store's exterior is. In addition to the contrast of the gold, white and grey, I love the script font used with the San Serif.
Bonus Finding: And because this was the most upsetting moment of the weekend, here is my least favorite type sighting from our weekend in Edinbourgh. We visited the coffee shop where J.K. Rowling first starting writing Harry Potter. Unfortunately the font chosen to advertise The Elephant House as the birthplace of Harry Potter is not so magical. It is just a little too much in my opinion.
